CLEVELAND (January 29, 2010) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of Ashley A. Weaver to its Litigation Department. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Ashley worked for several years as a litigator in Boston, Massachusetts. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Patricia A. Gaughan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Ashley’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial and banking disputes as well as business torts, contract disputes, product liability matters and intellectual property litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Cornell University.
