CINCINNATI (March 12, 2010) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that partner Bradley D. Kaplan has been elected Secretary for the Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati (JCGC).   

The JCGC just completed its first full year of operation and is comprised of 22 Jewish cemeteries – almost all of the Jewish cemeteries in Cincinnati and Hamilton, Ohio.  JCGC assumes responsibility for the perpetual care of existing cemeteries and the creation of such new cemeteries as needed to serve the Jewish community’s future needs.    

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Brad focuses on commercial transactions and real estate and related transactions. He is an active member of the Illinois Bar and maintains an office in both the Firm’s Cincinnati and Chicago offices.
